Leaders Debate

Last night was the 3rd and final Leaders debate in the run up to the General Election on May 6th. Last night was an important debate concentrating on the economy which is uppermost in the minds of the British public at this time. It was a fiery debate with many arguments bing put over. To my mind I think Mr Brown won the debate but in the media they say that Mr Cameron won it. To be honest it dosent rally matter as the important contest is next Thursday. I am still undecided, but I really do not want to vote for the Conservatives. It is against every thing I believe in . I guess I may have to choose between Labour and LibDem, as the SNP dont really have a voice in Westminster. Yes if it was an election for the Scottish Parliament then the choice would be clear. The SNP is the only party worth voting for, but this is a General Election. OMG choices, choices. Last night I spoke to a young 18 year old boy and I asked him if he had decided on his vote yet. He said he hadnt even registered to vote. I told him that it was foolish not to vote. It is your citizens duty to vote. How can you complain about the way your country is being governed when you dont make an effort to change it.

It may come down to who I think will do the best for me on a personal level and decide who my local MP should be. If I decide this way then the choice is clear. The labour MP for this area has done much for this town and my vote would go to him.

Europa League

I see that Fulham and Athletico Madrid reached the final of the Europa League with Hamburg and Liverpool getting knocked out. I am really pleased to hear about Fulham. They deserve to have some success as they have been wonderful this season under Roy Hodgeson. He really is a quality manager. It is my wish that they go all the way and win the trophy. I dont have a lot of time for Athletico spanning nearly 40 years after they kicked (literally) Celtic out of the European Cup.
I was sad to hear about Liverpool going out. I thought they had done it by scoring a goal in extra time but Diego Forlan knocked the heart out of the scousers by scoring the winning goal. One good thing might come out of it though. It might signal the end of Benitez as manager. It is about time he left the club and allowed Liverpool to move forward.

The Champions League

I was really disappointed to listen to Barcelona getting beat by Inter Milan. Give them their due, Inter are a quality side or they wouldnt be where they are, but Barcelona are the finest football side in the world at the moment and I feel the Final will be poorer without their presence. According to the commentry on the radio, Barcelona didnt really play well in the game and I guess Inter deserved their win. This is a shame. I dont know if it was fatigue or loss of form at the wrong moment but I am sure if they had been at their best Barcelona would have been able to beat a defensive Inter side. They now play Bayern Munich in the final and I hope the Germans will win.

ooops

Yesterday, Mr Gordon Brown the British Prime Minister was visiting Rochdale and was meeting normal people in the street when this woman came up to chat with him. They were talking about many things and included the spiky subject of immigration. She told him what she thought and he was very pleasant to her and they parted on amicable terms. He got into the back seat of his car and they drove off. He forgot he still had a radio mic attached. He started to say nasty things about the woman to his aid, which included saying that she was a bigot. The problem was that everyone on TV and radio heard him. OMG what a thing to say. His next appointment was on a radio show and they showed his reaction when he was played back the broadcast. He sat with his head in his hands. I thought he was going to cry. He had to make a quick recovery and started to blame his aid and the the TV company for mic-ing him up. He issued an apology to the woman by telephone then he turned up at the womans door to apologise in person to her. He was in her home for 40 minutes. Can you imagine a Prime Minister doing this. The reason for it was is this. This faux pas on behalf of Mr. Brown could very well be the one thing which brings him down and loses the General Election for him and for Labour.
He gave the excuse that he didnt understand what the woman was saying and that his words were a mistake etc. But the facts are he said them. He was two faced. Mr nice guy in front of the TV cameras but when he thought he was in private he turned nasty. He didnt have the guts to say these things to the woman personally. He said the words were a mistake. How could they be a mistake. They were his thoughts and he spoke them out loud. He meant what he said and only tried to cover his tracks when he found out he had been caught and realised the serious problem he had created. Do you think he would have retracted his words if he hadnt been heard by the world. No, I dont think so. He has made a serious cock-up and it will take a lot of fancy footwork to get people to forgive him.

Scottish Premier League

This weekend Rangers clinched the title at long last. It has been a foregone conclusion for many weeks now, but they have tripped and stumbled their way to the title. It has been a poor season in Scotland with a poor Rangers side the best of a bad lot. Celtic let everyone down this season, especially Tony Mowbry who was sacked earlier this year. I have found it very difficult to get enthused by the Scottish game this season, and to be honest for many seasons. The Scottish game needs a total overhaul, starting at the bottom. We need league reconstruction, and a reduction in the number of games played. Meeting teams 4 times a season is not good for anyone. There used to be an argument that the smaller clubs got more revenue from Rangers and Celtic visiting twice a season, but this is no longer true. The crowds have dwindled because of a combination of high ticket prices, prima donna players, TV and really poor football played. Our standing in European football and international football is rapidly decreasing and if nothing is done soon the Scottish game will be in the wilderness and the international side will never play in the world cup again. A once great football nation is looking very weary

hi

my glasses broke yesterday and I found it very difficult to read. You dont realise how much they mean to you until you don't have them. However I took them to the opticians this afternoon and they said they could repair them no problem. It took her all of 30 seconds to complete the job and she said it was free of charge. Woo Hoo!!! So now I have my sight back to normal thank God.
I went to the chemist to get my medication . It hadn't arrived. This is strange because it normally only takes a couple of days from surgery to chemist and I put the prescription in last Tuesday. Now I have to go back to the surgery and chase it up. It's one thing after another.

Arsenal v Man City

A dour 0..0 draw today. Just one point. Its OK I guess but I wish we had won. This means that we need just 2 points to secure a Champions League place. We will get it thats a fact, just not today. I was listening to the game on the radio and the commentators were saying that it wasnt a good game and that Arsenal were playing like they had nothing to gain. Of course that is just their personal opinion and I will make up my own mind when I watch the game myself on Arsenal TV online

Staff Run

I am thinking of stopping doing the staff run. I was given a deal that if I used my own car I would only need to pick up the staff in the hotel along the road from where i stay and take them to the shop then come home. Now I am being told that the manager is moving to a house miles away which means that I will be using a lot more petrol. As I only get paid £5 for the staff run which is for my time and nothing for the petrol then I am wasting money rather than earning it. Also when they are in the car they never talk to me they talk in their own language and I feel that there is too much tension. I dont think it is worth the hassle. On top of all that the summer is coming and I could be going for walks or sitting in the sun rather than taking them all over the place. I will have to consider it closely. It was never a thing than I had to do. It was voluntatary.

Friday on my mind

Well another Friday bites the dust. Today was a reletively smooth day. I didnt start work till 6pm which meant I had all afternoon to my self. Brilliant. !!!
Work was fairly quiet. We had a little busy spell between 7pm and 10pm but apart from that it was very quiet. I got home at 2am which in the grand scheme of things isnt too bad. After watching Medium on TV and emailing my friend Rui i am now going to bed. Tomorrow is Saturday and I usually meet Rui on PS on a Saturday but not tomorrow. Ah well thats life. I will be finishing work early tomorrow so woohoo!!!

This week

It has been a couple of days since i last wrote anything here. Wednesday was not a good day for me. I got a phone call from my boss early to ask if I would take him to the head office for a meeting. I said to him I would need to get paid for this as I needed petrol. He said yes I will give you money, but as usual he never did. He said I wouldnt need to pick him up later as he would get a lift from someone else, but I would still need to pick up the other members of staff. About 2pm I got a call to pick up the staff and was told I had to go to the head office and pick up the boss. I said that I was told not to then they said there was a change of plan and I had to. This meant more petrol getting used.

Just as I was getting ready to go to work I got a phone call saying that I was having to work at a different shop as there would be the polish guy back from holidays and he would be doing deliveries in my shop. This hurt me because I felt like I was getting kicked out of my own shop. Why do the always send me to work in different shops. They never send anyone else. It is just tension for me working elsewhere because it is a different area and I dont know where to go a lot of the time which meand I have to use my satnav and this takes up time and also the satnav dose not have new streets and house names in it. At least when working in my own area I know where I am going and there is no tension. Also working with different staff can be tiresome. I find Indian people to be very arrogant and ignorant. They talk to each other in their own language and you never know if they are talking about you or not, especially when they snigger in front of you. It was really busy on Wednesday night and the problem was made worse by the fact that they were so slow in preparing the orders which meant I was taking 4 and 5 at a time which made it very rushed and very stressful
At the end of the night I had to work over the time because a big delivery came in late and they were slow in getting it made which meant I was doing the delivery at 1215 when the shop closed at 12pm.

The next problem was the matter of the staff getting home. They wanted me to travel probably 15 miles to take the staff home and I said I wouldnt do it, because it was my own car and my own petrol and I wouldnt get paid for it. I went home and left them to arrange someone with a COMPANY CAR TO TAKE THEM HOME. i am very concientious and do not like hurting people and will always help if I can so I felt very guilty in taking this action, but I felt it is something I must do.

When I got home I was looking forward to reading my friends email but when I opened it i was shocked because it was a very angry email and I was very hurt at the things that were in it. I am pleased to say however that we have sorted it out now.

All in all it wasnt the best day for me.

The Nurse

I went to gedt a blood test from the nurse this morning, convinced that today was the correct day. When I went there the receptionist said that I should have been there yesterday. I was so embarrassed. I said to the lady that i had Tuesday written on my calander. However she gave me a new appointment for 4th May.
When I returned home I checked the calander. Guess what, It says the appointment was for the Monday. She was right and I was wrong. I really must get my eyes tested LOL

My day

I have had a really easy relaxed day. After talking with my friend Rui I went to the supermarket and got some food in. I spent the evening watching TV and playing Tiger on the Playstation. It has been a really nice easy day.

Court Fine

I have just returned from the Sherriff Court in Falkirk to pay the £60 fine which I received from the prosecuter for failing to have a valid MOT certificate. Hopefully now that is clear and I can move on

Wigan v Arsenal

Just watched the highlights (or lowlights mayby), of the game today. The final 10 minutes was a disaster for the gunners. Not only did Wigan score 3 but they were all over Arsenal like a bad rash. They could just as easily have scored 5 or 6. The first goal wasnt really anyones mistake but the second was apersonal disaster for Fabianski. What a mess he made of it. The third goal was just a big punt up field. Wigans outside right got the better of Clichy, cut inside and walloped a beauty into the top left corner. Fabianski stood and watched it and dednt even dive for it. What a nightmare.
On the plus side Walcotts goal was a piece of genius.

So its goodbye to the championship. Mr Wenger really must dust off the cheque book in the summer. We need a kepper, center back, a tough tackling defensive midfiekder and a fox in the box. Van Persie cannot be relied apon. He is too injury prone.

Rui

I was glad that I got an email from my Portuguese friend Rui. I have been worried all day because he told me he had hurt his leg. I didnt know what had happened but he explained it in his email. He has suffered a muscle wound and this must be very painful. I wish him a speedy recovery and be back to normal very soon

The end of the working week

Well that is me home for another two days off. Thank God. Today at work was reletively quiet. I did 24 deliveries. I was working with the new Hungarian driver I think his name is Janous or something similar. We also have a new receptionist girl. Her name is Lynne. She is a very friendly girl. I was upset at the Arsenal score today. We were winning 2..0 with 10 minutes left to play. I thought oh yes another win. When next I heard the final score it was 3..2 to Wigan. Oh My God. I could not believe it. Lost 3 goals in the final 10 minutes. What on earth went wrong. The goalie Fabianski is getting the blame but I will have to watch it myself. What is very clear though is that our championship hopes now lie in tatters.

Sunday, 18 April 2010

Sunday Sunday.

Well here we are the final working day of the week. This week has turned out to be a very bad week for me in many ways. I am so glad in many ways that it is nearly over. Today I must collect the stock from the head office which means my little car will be under strain from the sheer weight of it again. OMG. never mind I suppose once it is done it is done. I am sitting at this moment contemplating having breakfast. Decisions decisions.

Rui

I have received an email from Rui saying that he has had an accident and spent yesterday in the hostpital. He hasnt said what actually happened to him. I am worried that it is serious. He says that the doctor has told him to rest for 12 days. I hope he gets better soon.

Saturday, 17 April 2010

Rui hasnt emailed me

My dear friend in portugal today sent me a tweet saying that he would email me but when I came home from work he has not. I cant help myself wondering why

General election

So much debate on the radio about last nights live television event between the 3 big party leaders. This is a thought that the libdem leader Mr Clegg came out on top in the debate. This is a good thing because i do not think anyone in this country trusts the two old parties. I think most people think it really is time for a change. And a big change at that. From a personal point of view I have not decided who to vote for. If this election was for the Scottish Parliament I would undoubtably fote for the SNP with the leader Alex Salmond. I can trust him. But the GeneralElection in Westminster is not the place for the SNP. I want to vote for the party of the people The Labour Party, but in recent times they have moved further and further to the right and I feel that they are stale and have left a lot of the working people down. I feel that I cannot vote for the Tories. I couldnt bring myself to vote for them. So at the moment it looks like the Libdems for me, but unless it is a hung parliament a vote for the libdems is possibly a wasted vote, especially in Scotland which is a labour heartland.

Work

Tonight there was 3 drivers working at the shop. Imran, the new hungarian boy and me. I cant say it was really busy but I managed to do 26 deliveries which is not too bad. The new boy was sent home early but I really wish it was me that was sent home early. I had no enthusiasm for the job tonight. Too many other things were going on in my mind. But hey I got there.

An upsetting day

Today was not a good day for me. I was hit by a bombshell from my friend Rui. He told me he will not be going to PS anymore. I really wish he will change his mind

Prime Ministers Debate.

I listened to the debate tonight on the radio as i was working and from what I could tell I think first blood went to Nick Clegg leader of the libdems. I am no real expert but from my point of view he seemed to put his points across in a professional manner and I liked what he said. Gordon Brown put up a fine performance too but I think David Cameron was lagging behind. He didnt seem to me to be a strong candidate. From a personal point of view I dont like him anyway. I feel if William Hague was the leader, I think I would have considered the Tories at the General Election. But Cameron just dosent do it for me at all

arsenal v spurs

I have just finished watching the highlights of last nights game on Arsenal TV. I must give credit to young Justin Rose for his beautiful volley. He took it well. Good goal. I was pleased to see Robin Van Persie finally return from his long injury nightmare. He made Gomez work hard for his money when he came on as a sub. If he had been fit the full season...well who knows, it could have been so different. Big Sol Campbell took a helluva abuse from the mindless spurs fans. It wasnt even big Sols first return to White Hart Lane. But for some reason the spurs morons turned on him last night. Stupid idiots. Oh well, 2..1 it is all over i think in the championship I think.

Rui

I think I upset my friend on hotmail this morning with my views on workers rights and how management walk all over the top of their employees. I was just stating my feelings but my friend was very quiet and didnt even say goodbye to me, so I think he is upset with me

Tuesday, 13 April 2010

A relaxed day

This was my second off day and after yesterday I thought I would make it an easy day today. Apart from taking the manager to his work at 230 and going to the supermarket, I did very little else.

I played on Playstation with my friend Rui on PS home this evening and this afternoon played a little TW10.

Now before I go tpo bed I am going to watch a little lof the masters golf final day which I recorded. Obviously I know the result but hey, it is a relaxing thing to do

Another New Day

Well here we go with another day. I am going to make sure today is not as hectic as yesterday. I was completely washed out after what went on yesterday. Today Im going to sit on the sofa and play Playstation nearly all day. Basically what i am saying it is rest and relaxation all day.

Wow what a day

Well the end of the evening. As I look back and reflect i say to myself I have had a strange and unconventional time. There was so many things I have done today which was out of the ordinary. Between the dentist and the bank, and visiting my brother I am now really tired. So I am going to finish the beer I have, finish watching Medium on TV then get to bed in the hope of a good nights sleep

Monday, 12 April 2010

What a day

well i am glad that one is over. I had an early rise, at least early for me, 8am. After the stress of not knowing what work was to be done on my mouth at the dentist, it actually turned out not too bad.

I then had to go to the bank for a meeting with the manager about the possibilities of getting a personal loan. After having to talk on the phone with a guy from the loans department, at least thats where I thought he was from, and after going through my personal details, wages bank account etc, I was granted a loan. Now I can pay my Credit card off completely. Thank God for that.
It was actually quite a stressful experience but it is now done and I can relax

I am now just passing some time before I meet Rui on Playstation where we will catch up then I will beat him at online golf. (Joke Rui). I am really looking forward to relaxing with my friend and letting the strains off the day float away

Another beautiful day

it is wall to wall sunshine today. Let us hope it is the start of a wonderful warm summer. I think it is about time we got a decent summer. I cannot remember the last time.

Dentist Trauma

OMG thank goodness thats over. Actually it wasn't all that bad. I thought I may have had to get a filling but as it turned out the dentists said it only needed a little bit of chermical filling so I had no pain and for me that really is the main thing. It cost me £14.40 and in the grand scheme of things it really wasnt too bad

winners all

congratulations to Phil Mickelsson for winning the Augusta Masters. After the year that he has suffered I am well pleased that he won

Also Dundee Utd for reaching the final of the Scottish Cup. They deserve to win something. They have had a marvellous season.

Finally well done to Portsmouth for beating Spurs to reach the English FA Cup Final. I was dreading Spurs getting through so it was with a sigh of relieve to learn of Pompey's win. They have suffered a dreadful season by going into administration and being docked 9 points, ultimately resulting in their relegation. Not only that they came mighty close to going out of business completly.

Congratulations one and all

The end of another work week

Well it is Sunday night and the end of another week for me. Thank goodness. It was quite busy tonight and I think the main reason for this was the Golf on TV. I have found that whenever there is a big sporting occassion on TV the deliveries seem to be a whole lot busier
I again received my £5 bonus and the tips were good again. It makes all the difference when the tips are good

The new Hungarian driver was working with me and he went home at 9pm which meant I had to do the rest of the deliveries myself. Oh well!!

I listened to the golf on the radio and found it to be very exciting. I wanted the british golfer Lee Westwood to win but he came second, which is still very very good

Tomorrow I have an appointment with the dentist and I think I may have to get a filling at the very least. I am getting the usual worried feeling but I know that everything will be ok. It is just the thoiught of going that upsets me. Once I am there I am fine. I always say that 5 minutes of pain is much better than weeks and months by not going

Sunday, 11 April 2010

My poor wee car

Today I took the Four in One staff to collect stock from the Head Office before we went up to the shop. They piled it in, so much so that one of them couldnt even put his seat belt on. I just home my suspension holds

A beautiful day

I am really enjoying the lovely sunshine today. It is the first sign of good weather this year. I hope it is a sign of better days to come and a long hot summer

A wonderful Friend

I have just spent a wonderful hour in Playstation Home with my dear friend Rui. We had a fantastic chat and really enjoyed ourselfs

Sadness

I was sad to here of the death of the Polish President in an air accident today. I never knew the President but I have some good friends who are Poles. I am sad to think they have lost their President

Congratulations

Congratulations to Chelsea for reaching the FA Cup final
To Tony Mcoy for winning the Grand National
To Ross County for reaching the Scottish Cup Final
And to Lee Westwood for leading the Augusta Masters going into the final day

Another Day Over.

well it is Saturday night and that can only mean one thing. I am home early. I always get home early on a Saturday because I work late every other day.
We had a new fellow with us doing deliveries. I don't know his name but he is from Hungary. Today was his first day in the job, and I was asked to teach him the basics of the job. Oh what pressure!! It is not really a difficult job but trying to teach a chap whose English is not strong can be donting. Anyway I tried my best and all in all I think he knows what he is to do. The best way to learn a job is just to do it. I could talk with him forever but he will learn quicker actually in the practise of the job.

I finished at 930 and on the way home I stopped into the chip shop and bought myself sausage and chips. OK OK I know ...fattening, but I was starving ha ha ha.

The first day of the great sports weekend. The biggest story as far as I am concerned was Celtic getting beat by Ross County in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup. What a fantastic result for Ross County and they played really well. Good luck to them in the final but I think Dundee United will win the cup,(if they win their semi final that is).

Today, while working I thought my spectacles were dirty, so as normal I went to clean them. Bad mistake. I think I must have pressed too hard because the next thing I know the rim of the spectacles crack and the lens falls out. Now I had a problem. I had the rest of the night to work without spectacles. mmm, what to do. At first I reached for my reading glasses but they felt funny using them for driving. Suddenly I realised that I could mayby repair them with superglue I was desperate not to get the glue on my fingers. So what did I do. Yes I got the glue all over my fingers.I tried to wash it off but my fingers turned very sticky. But I was very careful not to stick my fingers together. Eventually the effects of the glue wore off so it wasnt so bad. Anyway after a few attempts to get it to stick it worked and I was able to use my spectacles for the remainder of the night thank goodness.

When I returned home I eat then watched the football on the TV, then settled in to enjoy a game of Tiger Woods 10.

What a weekend for sport

This weekend promises to be a great weekend for sport. We have the Augusta Masters golf, The Grand National horse race, The two FA cup Semi-Finals and the two Scottish Cup Finals. I dont bet on anything but it is still a mouthwatering weekend if you enjoy sport.

I have just heard that Celtic have been beaten by First Division Ross County in the Scottish Cup. HA HA HA

Also this weekend my club Arsenal are playing in a very important Derby Game against Local Rivals Spurs. Come On the Arsenal. Also local club Falkirk play in a very important relegation game today. They are sitting at the bottom of the league and their rivals are 2nd bottom. If Falkirk get beat , well in my mind they have blown it and its relegation for them afraid

another day without chatting

I have just received a tweet from my best friend Rui. His sister in law has had to go to the hostpital. He cannot meet me in Playstation this morning. Ok never mind I understand he must be with his family. Hopefully I will chat with him later

I hate Fridays

Oh how I hate Fridays. The beginning of another busy weekend, with greedy lazy people sitting with their tongues hanging out, looking through their partially opened curtains, desperate for their pizzas or donar kebabs. All wanting their food 30 minutes ago. If they were so desperate to fill their bulging bellies they should get off their lazy bahookies and come and get it themselves. Dont get me wrong there are some nice people who are appreciate the job that you are doing and how busy it is. These people I have no problem with. Also I guess it is a means of me paying the bills. And lets face it. That is the only reason I am doing it.

Anyway tonight was quite busy. I have seen it busier but we were kept going. Imran finished about 11pm and I was run off my feet after that. In total I completed exactly 30 deliveries, which meant I got my £5 bonus. At least that was something anyway. We didnt get away from the shop until 210am which is actually quite ridiculous as the shop closed at 130am. I didnt arrive back at my flat till 240am. Crazy stupid company

Deal or No Deal

Last night I made a deal with the area manager . Part of the deal was that if I used my own car for deliveries I would not have to go to the Head Office at the end of the night and I could just head straight home. Tonight just as the manager was getting into the car to go home, he say we have a problem. The cash needs to go to the head office and there is no one to take it. Polmont shop are already away home. They were meant to wait and take the money with them. Guess what...I had to take the money to the office. So much for the deal. Is it any wonder i cannot trust them

another new day

Well here we go another new day another new battle. Oh I hope not. I had a bit of a sleepless night last night. I do not know what caused this but i was still awake at 5am and i woke at 830. Must have too many thoughts running through my head. Yesterday was a crazy day.
My friend Rui is at a big meeting today so I will not be able to talk with him until tomorrow. It seems really strange to be sitting here at this time of the day and not sitting in hotmail. Oh well!!

I was thinking of trying to use my stereo speakers to give me a better sound on my TV. I am not sure how to do this but I will have a look and try to work it out.

I have a bit of the sneezes today. I really hope its not the cold.

My Friend Rui

It has been a strained day between me and my friend Rui. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding this morning on hotmail and I got the wrong feelings which I thought he was giving to me. Anyway we spoke and realised our mistakes and ironed things out. Rui was very down. I have never experienced him in this mood before. He is such a kind, gentle man and I was shocked that he was not having a good day. He really must take things easier or he is going to burn himself out. I really hope he takes the doctors advise as I dont want him harmed in any way. He is a good friend to me. I will not be able to chat with him tomorrow as he is going to a big meeting. However I will see him, or rather chat with him on Saturday and there is always email and twitter.

What a day

Well its over. After a wonderful day yesterday, today has been the exact opposits.  When i went to work I had a heart to heart with the shop manager, sonu.  He told me the Head Office wants me to use my own car always.  I gave it a lot of thought and decided that i would do it on my terms. So I put to him a deal.i said if he gave me 60p for local deliveries and 70p for further deliveries plus on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we would go straight to the shop and at the end of the night straight home.No more going to head office because it is a blatent waste of fuel. On a Saturday we need to collect the wages and on a Sunday there is stock to be collected so I agreed that we could go to the head office on these occassions.
I had a partner working with me today , Imran but he didnt start till 5pm and finished at 10pm. To be honest it wasnt really too busy. Up to 7pm it was really quiet but business pikcked up and by 1am I had completed 21 deliveries which wasnt too bad. I made good tips and £13 for fuel so i cant complain. Palwinder, the area manager asked if I would take the staff to the shops on my days off around 2pm. He said I would get a fiver each day so i said I would. I mean its only a total of mayby 1 hour for the two days and to get £10 is not too bad.

four in one

what a stupid company this is.  they treat you like second class citizens.  they have no car for me and they ask me to use my own car but i dont want to use my own car anymore because it just gets damaged and smelly.  i had a big row with the shop manager sonu and what a row!  bleedin idiots

my friend Rui

today i went on to hotmail to chat with my friend Rui.  yesterday was such a happy day for us both, we laughed and had a fun time.  But today i got the impression that there was something wrong from the beginning.  his words were short and sharp and when i spoke it took a long time for him to return the conversation.  I would seem that he is tired of me.  this is what i believe.  he is too bysy.  well i am busy also but always made time to be with him.

Today was a good day all in all.  I had a lot of fun on the hotmail with Rui and at work everything went smooth.  There was no tension in the shop, no tempers flared and generally people were having a easy day.  The big problem lies with getting home at the end of the night.  I have to sit and wait for the Indian staff to get themselves out of the shop.  I mean the receptionists are away and I have to sit and wait, and wait some more till they are ready, just so that I can take them home.  I don't think its fair that I am late getting home just because they like to take their time.  Take tonight for example.  I had my own car so I didn't need to go to the head office.  Now Sono and gurmeet stay in the hotel a matter of 1 minutes walk from my flat so we could all go home together.  The crazy thing is that the evenings takings must go to head office.  Sono phoned for someone from a different shop to pick the takings up to take them to head office but they didn't arrive at our shop till 1255am, a full 55 minutes after the shop closed.  We didn't get home until after 1am which is frankly outrageous. so that is what i think of that.     Apart from that everything was ok.  I have just had a meal and watched an episode of Medium and now it is time for bed.  Oh by the way, Manchester United were knocked out of the Champions League tonight by Bayern Munich.  Now I do not like Manchester United, but they are british and I want to see all british clubs doing well in Europe, (apart from Chelsea that is) so I am a little bit disappointed.  Hey Ho

Tuesday 6th April 2010

Another wet and rainy day.  When is the sun ever going to come out.  I mean, its April, spring.
Its my second day off so i had to go to the bank and put my wages in and pay my credit card.  i would have went yesterday but it was the Easter holiday and the bank was closed.  I arranged for a meeting to talk about a loan to pay off my credit card bill.  But if the payments are to be larger than what I am paying at the moment well i will have to think about it.

I played another round in Tiger Woods 10 today, The Buick Open.  Guess what....I won, Hooray   i also chatted with Rui on Hotmail but he is a very busy man so the chat was limited.

I am putting my cds on to my computer and then on to my mp4 player.  This will enable me to play tunes in my house.  Its Maureens birthday tomorrow and I was hoping she would be at the bank so I could give her a birthday card.  But would you believe it she is on holiday so i will now have to put it in her door tonight.  I will go up before bed.
