Last night was the 3rd and final Leaders debate in the run up to the General Election on May 6th. Last night was an important debate concentrating on the economy which is uppermost in the minds of the British public at this time. It was a fiery debate with many arguments bing put over. To my mind I think Mr Brown won the debate but in the media they say that Mr Cameron won it. To be honest it dosent rally matter as the important contest is next Thursday. I am still undecided, but I really do not want to vote for the Conservatives. It is against every thing I believe in . I guess I may have to choose between Labour and LibDem, as the SNP dont really have a voice in Westminster. Yes if it was an election for the Scottish Parliament then the choice would be clear. The SNP is the only party worth voting for, but this is a General Election. OMG choices, choices. Last night I spoke to a young 18 year old boy and I asked him if he had decided on his vote yet. He said he hadnt even registered to vote. I told him that it was foolish not to vote. It is your citizens duty to vote. How can you complain about the way your country is being governed when you dont make an effort to change it.
It may come down to who I think will do the best for me on a personal level and decide who my local MP should be. If I decide this way then the choice is clear. The labour MP for this area has done much for this town and my vote would go to him.
